Return & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your Brandaluxe purchase and are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided they adhere to our return policy as listed below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition it was received. Items must have been purchased on brandaluxe.com and in the original packaging. Please note your original shipping charge (if applicable) is not refundable.
To start the return process, please reach out to hello@brandaluxe.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- A photo of the unopened/unused item you want to return/exchange
- The reason for your return/exchange
- Specify whether you would like a return or list the item you would like sent to you in exchange.
Our customer service representative will follow up with you about the status of your request and next steps.
Returning an item to Brandaluxe: You are responsible for any shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Please allow 10-14 business days for the processing of your return by mail. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase, less shipping charges. Refunds in the form of original payment can take up to one week to be credited back to your account.
Please note that merchandise purchased as a bundle must be returned as a bundle. Partial returns are not accepted. Certain items designated as ‘sale’ or discontinued are not returnable.
We are only able to accept returns for eligible Products purchased through www.brandaluxe.com. If you purchased a Product from another retailer, please contact their customer service team for assistance.
NOTE: Items sent back to Brandaluxe without following the return/exchange process will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Brandaluxe is not responsible or liable for any allergy to materials. The snaps are covered with ultra-suede to eliminate contact dermatitis, however cork and faux leathers are processed by a third party to which Brandaluxe is not accountable for.
Promotions & Offers
- Promotion code(s) cannot be combined with any other promo code(s).
- Discount cannot be applied to purchases of gift cards or bundles.
- Qualifying orders are based on the merchandise order subtotal after any promotion code and before applicable taxes are applied to your order.
- Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to change or cancel at any time any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer.
- Promotions are available while supplies last.
Damages
Please inspect your order carefully to report any significant damage that occurred in transit. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at hello@brandaluxe.com and follow the steps below to facilitate a replacement.
Please provide the order number, a photo of the damaged item and your email address and phone number. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Shipping Information
Brandaluxe offers complimentary Standard Ground Shipping within the contiguous United States on orders over $85 (net of discounts/promotions and tax). Unfortunately,
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed within 10 business days as each band is made to order.
Orders may be expedited for additional shipping fees.
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online. You can check your order status by logging onto 'my account' and then selecting order history.
We require signature verification upon delivery on orders that total $250 or more.
Shipping Fees and Methods:
Brandaluxe ships via USPS and UPS. Shipments to PO Boxes are shipped via USPS. - Standard ground shipping is not guaranteed by our carriers. Our carriers have notified us that they are unfortunately experiencing delays, which may worsen during the holidays. During this time, your order may not have scans for several business days and may be delivered after the estimated delivery date. Please factor this into your order planning.
- We currently do not ship to AK or HI, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or other US territories. Standard ground shipping is only available within the contiguous United States.
Held and Cancelled Orders
Occasionally, our website may cancel order or parts of an order. This can include any of the following reasons:
- Item(s) not available.
- Unable to ship to the address provided.
- Unable to ship to the address provided.
- Payment processing issues
- A duplicate order was placed.
- Order quantity exceeds website threshold
- Order flagged as fraudulent by fraud prevention system
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be charged for any cancelled or unshipped item(s).
